Accessing Notes on a New Device
To see your notes on a new device, simply sign in to Bloc with your account credentials. Once you’re signed in, Bloc pulls your notes from the server and stores them locally on that device. From that point on, edits you make on any device sync back automatically.1
Open Bloc in your browser
Navigate to the Bloc app on your new device.
2
Sign in to your account
Enter your email and password. Bloc will authenticate and begin syncing immediately.
3
Wait for notes to appear
Your notes load from the server within a few seconds. Once they’re local, you can access them even without an internet connection.
Real-Time Sync
When you’re online, changes you make on one device appear on your other devices within seconds. Bloc pushes updates as soon as you stop typing and pulls the latest server state whenever it detects new activity. You don’t need to refresh or trigger a manual sync — it happens automatically.Sync Limits by Plan
The amount of data Bloc can sync depends on your plan:
- Free plan — 200 MB of sync storage
- Pro plan — 10 GB of sync storage
Your Last Opened Note
Bloc remembers the last note you had open and restores it automatically the next time you launch the app. When you sign in on a new device, Bloc opens the note you were most recently working on, so you can continue right where you left off.
